Hello and welcome to 'Umblest Person Going, the approved fanlisting for the character Uriah Heep from Charles Dickens' 8th novel, David Copperfield. Uriah Heep is an unusual but true villain: his strange appearance and behavior and his exaggerated, false "humility" are fantastically written, and earn him a place as one of Dickens' most memorable characters. Though I'd don't think I'd ever want to meet Uriah, he's certainly fun to read about!

This site doubles as both a fanlisting as well as a sort of shrine to the very umble person. If Uriah Heep ever found out about this site, he would probably fall off his chair in humility. The he'd lie on the floor and figure out how to hack the system and steal my identity and spam all the members. So...yeah. Go Uriah.
